We’ll ask for feedback on your experience during the pilot phase to ensure our platform meets your needs and expectations.

How much does it cost?
Participants commit to an assessment with a detailed optimization plan for their HR & Operations functions, priced at $200. Those who commit to the optimization program receive the assessment included in the total cost, priced at $800. Specific pricing for additional support will depend on your needs and will be discussed during the application process.

What is the time commitment?
The program is designed to be flexible. The initial assessment is 1 onsite visit and 1 week of optimization execution. Options for hourly or project-based engagements for ongoing support ensure it fits your schedule.

What happens after the program ends?
You will have the option to continue with flexible HR services, subscribe for longer-term support, or pause your engagement. It’s all on your terms.
